"On a very quick trip through my home town of Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia, Ian, Nigel and Howard came over to my home for a very quick recording session. After 5 hours recording we had about nine good tracks in the can. We all did a few more the next morning and then played a gig that night. In April of 2012 Ian came back over for another duo session with me and we got a further 5 tracks done. The bonus tracks come from a session that Ian and I did with John Morrison and Natalie his bass playing wife at the time. As Ian resides in Ireland I grab every opportunity I can to work and record with this master of Gypsy swing guitar".
