Miss Sophie Lee met members of the New Orleans Jazz Vipers in 2002 and began performing with them in 2004. As a guest vocalist, Miss Sophie Lee has performed with the Vipers at the 2005 and 2006 New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival; the 2005 Monterey Jazz Festival and 2006 Lincoln Centers' A Midsummer Nights Swing. Miss Sophie Lee is a featured vocalist on the Vipers latest release, "Hope You're Coming Back" released in 2007. Bart Ramsey is a founding member of the gypsy jazz combo VaVaVoom who are a regular fixture on the Frenchmen Street scene and the surrounding New Orleans area.
