Alphonso Johnson is regarded as one of the foremost Jazz bassists in the business. His stint with Weather Report really put him on the map. In the 70's, he recorded three outstanding albums for Columbia Records. Yesterday's Dreams was issued in 1976 and features Grover Washington Jr., Lee Ritenour, Ernie Watts, Patrice Rushen, Philip Bailey, Diane Reeves & Sheila E.
